Product Introduction
ZX series horizontal self-priming centrifugal pumps Compared with other types of self-priming centrifugal pumps, this type of pump has no check valve, simple structure, reliable operation, long trouble-free working time, convenient maintenance and use, small size, light weight, high efficiency, and special considerations in design. Compared with pumps of the same caliber, it has large displacement and high performance. ZX self-priming pumps are more effective as emergency pumps in industrial and agricultural production, emergency rescue, such as drainage and fire fighting. ZX pumps are widely used in urban water supply in industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, machinery, chemical fiber, food, energy, and transportation, and can also be used for agricultural irrigation and sprinkler irrigation. It is used to transport clean water or other liquids with a viscosity of less than 5°E and a temperature below 80℃ and physical and chemical properties similar to clean water.

●No foot valve is required in the pipeline. Before working, you only need to ensure that a certain amount of water is stored in the pump body. This simplifies the pipeline system and improves working conditions.

It is suitable for urban environmental protection, construction, fire protection, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, dye printing and dyeing, brewing, electricity, electroplating, papermaking, petroleum, mining, equipment cooling, tanker unloading, etc.
It is suitable for clean water, seawater, chemical medium liquids with acidity and alkalinity, and slurries with general paste content (medium viscosity ≤ 100 centipoise, solid content can reach less than 30%).
Equipped with a rocker-arm sprinkler, it can flush water into the air and scatter it into tiny raindrops for spraying. It is a good machine for pesticides, nurseries, orchards, and tea gardens.
It can be used with filter presses of any model and specification, and is an ideal matching pump for sending slurry to the filter press for filtration.
